What is included in Personal Training (In-Person):

  • One 60 minute strength training session per week (two times per week is an option on a case by case basis)

  • Cool down included with optional shoulder & neck massage if time permits

  • Gym Membership - unlimited access to private gym; location St. Louis Park/Golden Valley MN

  • Customized programming based off questionnaire you fill out

The Process:

  • Step 1

    Fill out the inquiry form to apply. Applicants will hear back in a 48-hour period Mon-Fri unless otherwise stated in the form.

    Step 2

    Connection Call: This is where I get to know your story better, the exact goals you have for our time together, and you can ask any questions you may have.

  • Step 3

    Schedule our time to start meeting. We will pick a day and time each week that we can stick with.

We will plan on meeting weekly over the next 6 months with exceptions for out of town travel or sickness [there is a 24 hour cancellation policy].

You do not have a medical professional's permission to exercise due to physical injury, severe trauma or a diagnosed eating disorder. You will need approval or a referral to do so

 FAQ

  • This is unique towards each individual depending upon your experience level, realistic daily time & energy, and what your lifestyle or performance goals are. Most individuals I will suggest doing 20 minutes of something endurance based 4-6x/week which can mean walking, gardening, cleaning, biking, etc. to enhance cardiovascular health (think endurance gains) as we most focus solely on your muscular strength system at the gym together. Once again, this is individualized response once I get to know you better.

  • In-Person Training: You do not receive a written-out copy of the program at this time, however current clients will sometimes bring their notepads or take notes in their phone. I will always educate you during our session on what we are doing, why we are doing it, and how to replicate it with different equipment to make yourself feel confident and adaptable after our time together.

    Online Personal Training: You receive your program through the app “True Coach” (free app for clients). In online personal training you do the workouts on your own.

  • No, I want to make it clear this is not a program that has you weigh or measure your weight. I do not guarantee what your weight will while we strength train together.

    There is no shame in wanting to lose weight or having the desire to, but you're prioritizing your mental & physical well-being over weight-loss in 1:1 personal training.

  • All cancellations must be done before a 24 hour period prior to the session day + time to not be charged. Rescheduling before 24 hour periods can be easily done and assure you get in all your sessions.

  • Cost is $360/month for a 6 month period. Each month you receive four 60 minute strength-training sessions customized towards your goals + enjoyment, and an unlimited gym membership.

  • I make a lot of educational and useful content on my social media platforms and weekly newsletter, check those out for accessible material! I also have a Free Non-Diet Exercise Journal.

    You may also want to look at online training for a lower cost. Although we would not be working “live” together, you’ll still receive high level coaching from me.

  • Due to the sensitive nature of this program, refunds are not given at this time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mosso Nutrition and Fitness.

  • You get 5 weeks to do 4 sessions (meaning, you get one grace week for each cycle)

  • It depends on what your desires are, lifestyle demands are, schedule is like, and what motivates you best (some folks I’ve been working with for years because they thrive with external accountability).

    You also need to live in the Twin Cities to do in-person!

    If you are a beginner and do not have experience strength training, then in-person is your option.

    That being said, online training is for folks who at least have 3 + months of strength/resistance training experience. This is due to safety and liability since I’m not doing the workout with you live. This is for folks who will do the program on their own time, and receive high level coaching from me in the form of individualized programming and weekly feedback.

    If you’re able to and live local, I suggest starting off with in-person and you can always transition to online (after 6 months together in-person for further)
